As a lifelong student with a fascination for the intricacies of physical fitness, dietary nutrition, lifestyle and habits, business building, attitude, interpersonal relationships, language and self-talk, as well as traditional academics, I have made it my mission to become a walking, talking evolving curation of the world’s best information on everything that makes you, YOU. You know which YOU I’m talking about, the one whose eyes sparkle when you smile. The one who makes proactive decisions that ensure a better tomorrow than you have today, and doesn’t let self sabotage get in the way of living your dreams. The one who sees your own well being as the most vital aspect in your life, because without a strong foundation, even the most glorious construction will fall.
